一、概况
??????? 我单位施工的矿井井井筒工程,目前正在筹备期间,根据施工设计要求,需要安装V型立井凿井钢管井架。为了保证施工安全质量,特制定此措施。
??????? V型立井凿井钢管井架为四层钢结构井架,其天轮平台、卸矸台处按凿井设计要求布置提升天轮及梁,各功能天轮及梁和翻矸系统,为保障工程施工安全、保质、高效地完成,采取井架分为南、北两部分在地面预组成两扇构架。利用吊车按设计要求在地面依次组合。天轮平台、卸矸台各设施在井架组装完毕后按设计要求分别安装。(组装按《立井凿井井架图册》图册进行)

??????? 1、井架地脚基础中心几何尺寸:16m×16m;天轮平台边梁中心几何尺寸:7.5m×7.5m。
??????? 2、井架天轮房起重梁距底脚重高为31.198m,天轮平台距底脚垂高为26.364m。
??????? 3、最重单件:4.073t,井架总重72.368。
??????? 4、下部两层预组件总重:(Gi是井架钢梁G-i的重量,Li是天轮平台):
